Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

They give 50-70% when people join Accenture from other MNC's for the work i have been doing from past 5 years.Not what is the special in the joined candidate when compared to person working with Accenture for 5 or more without proper hikes.

Laterals will get hike only if they promote if not doesn't matter how hard they work just stay in same salary because your a lateral Salary is not a secret element in accenture. Your manager can see ur salary and give recommend hike % accordingly.
