Strong Leadership, Flexible work-culture, Job Security, Superb Infrastructure, Learning and development.

Dislikes

Not as such anything. Good thing is; Company is very much professional and goal oriented. Increasing business in a rapid speed with strong leadership and investing a lot to secure company future. But by doing that neglecting few things: compensation not up to the mark, extreme work pressure, low work-life balance, almost zero employee engagement activities or initiatives etc.

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
