Job security, work culture, company policies are good. Even though all are good, if your manager is narrow minded then it is difficult. I think it is based on the project and manager how constructive the work is held.

Dislikes

My first project is client project so it was very good. I feel Accenture has good commitment toward clients. Work culture is very good and lot of opportunities to learn new technologies. Many trainings are free and policies are very good for women employees. Again some projects you wont get benefit may be because of the managers( I think it is common in IT) but still we have job security here. Overall the company gives you the flexibility to mange our work-life balance. Its just you want to find a good project within the company....Read More
