They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Cannot raise C oncern, CO MPLAINTS, p o s h, g rievance, or any concern since if you raise it will be assigned to the same manager of yours. Third party verification, is out of scope. It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .

Lack of interpersonal boundaries , lack of work-life balance , lack of availability and help from HR. There are a lot of projects to work on which allows you to have career change but you have little to no choice on the kind of project you would want to work on . The work culture is toxic and unpredictable .
