Layoff happened,No good hike, always they give the reason of pandemic.no promotions. Very disappointed.

Many people lost their jobs without notice period, layoff happened, no promotion s as well.

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer.
