Before COVID Accenture was very good they always thinking abt thier colleagues but now I don't knw y they changed all the policys regarding employee pay instead they can give some benefits atleast we will feel happy for them 10-15 hike is negligible but for employees it's everything bcz they r working with holen soul even they r extending nyts and weekends tooo finally I will say that Accenture is not a good place to stay long years...Read More

They are not giving any hikes during promotions or sublevel movements they always tell that we r in a huge loss, I don't know if they r in loss y they r recruiting so many people instead they can gives hikes or promotions or market corrections to their employees as Accenture should now that living in a metro politian city that salary is not enough even to survive aa whole family I hope they will see my text n please realise and think practically regarding ur employees...Read More

Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance
