There are ample opportunities for one to explore various industries to get an experience of how each business works. Dislikes

The growth in terms of climbing up the ladder is a bit slower compared to startups & other firms. Lot of hierarchy & procedure. The salaries compared to industry standards are well below average. They do pay well for extraordinary talent but for a similar skill sets one would definitely be valued much more outside Accenture.
