Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Nothing to like as they only know how to harass people during the work and even after office hours. 10 hrs shift which is against in the labour laws in the country and they are getting 9 hrs entered in their internal systems from employees. They are intentionally making an environment so that people who are already working and on higher salary leave the organisation on their own becoz Accenture does not any reasons to ask them to leave. Most of employees take 4 hrs travel time to and fro for office ( poor cab facility ) and becoz of same employees are wasting their time and just going to home for 5-6 hrs ... pathetic and inexperienced management who never listens to their employees....
