Chances of internal movements are very low. Leads don’t motivate for when you are taking up a new role. Worst experience ever had in the life. They just need employees to beg for new role.

Skill development and learning portal is good but the work environment is worst that even in 10 hrs of shift people are not given sufficient time for personal growth through skills improvement.

They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .

Dislikes

Lack of interpersonal boundaries , lack of work-life balance , lack of availability and help from HR. There are a lot of projects to work on which allows you to have career change but you have little to no choice on the kind of project you would want to work on . The work culture is toxic and unpredictable .

Working culture is good. Hikes will get every 9 months based on the performance. There is no insecurity of Job.

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

Sometimes work hours especially at S&C can be very crazy with very short timelines for delivery.
