Accenture is best in everything . Only thing which bothers me the process of changing projects from operations to technology is difficult as internal job openings are not being shared to the employees of operations and for employees in operations, they only consider those employee who are on bench.

It has been my worst decision to get into Accenture. People and management including HR are a threat to the employee's job security. They don't even understand their people and secure false assumption. HR are called employees care taker in a broad aspect, however in Accenture they are the one who will threaten you to take your job and count alot of anti policies. Managers themselves say you have in a battle of "specific" Person and nobody got escaped from her/him. And i saw that too. A manager took my job even after she misbehaved and being oversmart she raised it to HR and HR said whosoever raised it first i will listen to them. Management is worst HR is there to fire you with planning of management just because you didn't raise any issue because you think this is mature act, and management raised it in fear of getting charged with right accuse.

Pros - Good work environment. Friendly work culture, peers are supportive.

Dislikes

Cons - Poor management system, less increment, compensation plans are not at all good, being a brand it should be far better than other organisations, unfortunately in our unit I am not feeling that way. Shift timings which is for 10 hours is the major drawback.
