As I joined as a contract employee in Accenture in February 2018. Later I Will be absorbed as a permanent employee. It is almost 1 year i completed my job as contractor still I am working in Accenture. I feel it's too late to become an permanent employee. Just for job security I want to change my job.

Dislikes

I am always Hungary at stomach, heart and brain. I want change my job to satisfy my brain. There's nothing negative to tell about company or team. It's only because of job security. And less facilities for contract employees.

Work Details

Working as QC specialist in etmf process. Clinical trail documents reviewing and raising queries if any inconsistencies to the client.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
