No appraisal since 2 years No permanent wfh even if you are having disability HR will pressurize to Join project even if it is 30-40 km and even if you are having disability. Manager can put you in PIP, if they want due to xyz reasons. People work in silos, teamwork is rare.

Nothing! worst place to work at as the Management sucks. This deserves 0 stars for everything. Toxic management no hike in last 3 years, in reality company is making profits but misguide us stating no profits. Logically if the company is claiming no profits for 3years continously its better to skip this company.

Dislikes

Everything! Mainly the hierarchy structure sucks, though you are in a TL position you and entry level associate will be doing the same work. Unsure of the logic behind this as the experience you have gained through years in other companies is of no use.

Almost everything! Toxic work culture, casteism among managers and resources, poor technology (they consider to be tech giant), no hike and promotion, favouritism on top, pethetic managers, god knows why the brand name is still there. One should never go by the brand name.

At Accenture , Learning was good if you are in good project. Also there are multiple opportunities if you want to get certified or upskilled

In Accenture most of the areas are lead by stupid managers, who are with Accenture from long time and they are exploiting the company. No Appraisal from last 2years.

Structured processes. Work life balance depends on project / manager. Competitive package after completing from Level 11 onwards. Technology partner benefits. Good office facilities.

Dislikes

Lack of mentors. All HR driven mentorship programs are superficial. Appraisals follow bell curve approach even though HR claims otherwise. Different technology groups work in silos. Lots of mandatory trainings which are charged to client time even if does not directly relate to your work. Too many extracurricular activities driven by different groups the time for which is charged to the client.

It is a very political company with worst rules and regulations always designed to bother the employees to by not giving the required hikes or promotions.Managers are very bad they always do good for the lickers who boast them the HR blindly supports them it is a brand which is big but very mean
