Just getting flexibility of WFH and cab.

If you are changing your job from domestic firm to here, I suggest don’t do it. I also did this because of the big name (Popularity/MNC) of Accenture but what if u don’t get a good salary here. Better then here a domestic firm gives you a better Appraisal of 15-20% each year while they will give you an Appraisal of 8-12% . There is not so much to learn, nor the work allocation is proper. On the Appraisal part, which is actually so pathetic of here. They keep on rolling you in their Mgt level & sub levels. Cab is provided which will arrive approx 2.5 hrs before the shift while you live at a distance of just 40 min from the location. You only get leaves (on the days when it’s your client’s off) like Thanks giving day n few more which is not worth for you as an Indian. You need to take approvals for even a single off. They are just saying you get 1day leave after working for 15days, in another companies you also get it as a casual and sick leave not going through approvals n all. DON’T GET FOOLED...Read More
