They hire me as contractor for CTSD project and I worked hard and gave my best in last 2 years but they didn't hire me as permanent employee even they always said to me that we will hire contractors after 6 month or 1 year as per ur work I did my best to get permanent employee even they didn't hire me and they said again and again wait for 12 months then Said after 18 months will hire you and when I completed my 18 months they said policy got changed will hire you after 24 months even then I Ok no worries and I worked at Accenture with full energy and hope that I will definitely get permanent employee but in my 23 month I got mail from my vendor that my contract time has been passed and my last working day will be in next month August 2024 even I was shocked and ask my manager he said that will do something but they don't do anything for me and I have to left my job and no one helped me even I gave my best for my project but in that project people behaviour are very bad no one have no manners how to talk and treat with the employee very very bad I will never forget my experience with Accenture CTSD project Specialy for Madhusudhan who is the manager and Sagar chandra,Geeta rajbhar they are very bad people their behaviour are very bad they always tried to Let out the people in this project so that the can live longer in that project...... And yes if I talk about my salary Even I didn't receive my salary yet it has been 2 months completed now I m calling, mailing from sept month but I didn't receive my salary and no one is helping me no one is giving reply on that that when I will get my salary even update with my manager also multiple times but he always same reply thet I will check....very very very bad company never ask anyone to join there or didn't think that you will get permanent employee even You give your best but they will always save there own money and job not your job. You need to be highly competitive wothin your team to get the appreciation for your hard work. Promotions are hold for many simce last 3 years and they aren’t providing good hikes

Very good work culture with strong policies. Accenture really follow their values of inclusion, equal opportunities, platform to learn and grow, freedom of speech and integrity. Plathora of options for internal movement.

No market correction and limited increment. Skills are not considered for resource allocation to a project.

Mostly here are US shfit timings for the workers especially finance and accounts. No leverages or privileges for night shift workers. Even no allwences for shift

Lot of policies to uphold employees' interest. Good for freshers and early management levels for brand exposure

Low in transparency related to hike, promotion and benefits. Bad attrition and backfill management. No importance given to the existing talent. Bad retention of the talent.

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.

Dislikes

First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.
