The management of Verizon have ruined my career. They misbehaved with me and because of this I resigned. Now that I have resigned from the organisation and trying to join back after 8 months so they are rejecting my profile because the management is giving a negative feedback about me. I have received my resignation acceptance letter and experience letter. However, if I was wrong so company should have asked me to leave and when an employee’s conduct is negative so how can they provide all the documents such as experience letter. A week ago, documentation, assessments, everything was cleared but when they asked my previous manager to give a feedback so it was negative and due to this my hard work just went in vain. When initially the pandemic was spreading company started working on hygiene and sanitization more often with regular temp check checkpoints and helped the employees by allowing them to work from home.

Dislikes

Accenture is a great company, however the project I was working on was terrible in term of security of job and security of employee.
