The management of Verizon have ruined my career. They misbehaved with me and because of this I resigned. Now that I have resigned from the organisation and trying to join back after 8 months so they are rejecting my profile because the management is giving a negative feedback about me. I have received my resignation acceptance letter and experience letter. However, if I was wrong so company should have asked me to leave and when an employee’s conduct is negative so how can they provide all the documents such as experience letter. I have the call wherein the management is misbehaving with me and then apologising for the same. I will never suggest anyone yo join this organisation, especially the Verizon process. Just because of this company my mental health is drowning and I am on anti depressant pills. A week ago, documentation, assessments, everything was cleared but when they asked my previous manager to give a feedback so it was negative and due to this my hard work just went in vain. I wish that someone in the department reads this and take an action. Otherwise, now I will post all the emails, recordings on twitter because I can’t play with my career as they did....Read More

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here? 2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth. However, leaving without securing my next promotion feels uncertain. I would appreciate suggestion: Whether I should wait until June or start looking for better option or if you have something else please tell me in comments

Company policies are good but management would like to exploit employees and dont want them to enjoy company policies. Its an honor to work with such a great org.

Increased working hours with same compensation and even with decreased compensation does not seems to be fair.

Nothing at all and it's all because of Verizon, the deal I was working for, in Accenture

Dislikes

I disliked everything about working with Verizon in Accenture. After giving more than 2.5 years in Verizon, I was left with no other option then to resign. It would be my advise to candidates looking for job opportunities in Accenture, to apply for any deal except Verizon.
