Non IT No value for employees. People don't get P ROMOTION or P ROGRESSION. Extreme fa vour ism, po li tics too the c ore Only if you are in favor of m anagement, bu ttering, b oot lic king then you will be considered for Promotion or Progression If they dont need any employee . They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Cannot raise C oncern, CO MPLAINTS, p o s h, g rievance, or any concern since if you raise it will be assigned to the same manager of yours. Third party verification, is out of scope. less and zero qualified/ knowledge leads and managers don't listen to experienced members and ruin whole project system. too much micro management, still see the dictatorial kind of system in 2024 its a pity their is no open policy to reach out to high level management if still you do no action in return you will be doomed.

This is the worst place to work. They talk about diversity and women well being but never care. This company puts pregnant women on PIP and put pressure on them without proper feedback and artefacts to meet their promotion numbers. Never join this company. Worst company in terms of work life balance and never pays hikes and bonus after employees working like donkeys for one year.

Now it is not a good company, it is just a big company, now there is Cartel system/groupism/Communalism that if person is from that group will only get hike/promotion/growth. Rest everyone is just a head count for a company. If you work more work, show dedication in reward you will get more work and appreciation in form of email.
