1. Good work environment 2. Good training facilities 3. Inclusive culture 4. On time transport facilities

1. No value for hardworkers 2. Favoritism at its peak 3. Below average salaray hike 4. No diwali or any festive bonus 5. Salary hike for favorites might be above 15% while for hardworkers it will be around 7-8% no matter how good work you do
