Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. You will be enjoying Accenture if you have good relation with your manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. Everything is dislike. If you are not from south indian then you will be trouble. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

People have their own projects and work independently with onshores and not Indian managers

Dislikes

Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. People who butter the Indian leads gets promotion within a year or two and get good joke. Favouritism is very much prevalent.

There are some good projects with many opportunities to work on new tech.

1. Lots of untalented folks on-shore are just doing assistant jobs with inflated tech role titles, this puts all the pressure and work on clients and the off-shore teams. Management expects you to work >12+ hours a day if you are in a senior/lead role to offset the incompetence of the on-shore folks. There have been instances where off-shore resources were asked to extend for 16 hours/day. 2. There is a lot of petty politics and they follow no clear standards for hiring people for tech roles with a very low standard of interview process. 3. Managers treat senior folks like trading horses and do not care for their aspirations, you are locked to projects without any interviews or alignment with the tech skills under the pretext of organizational requirements and are forced to work. 4. HRs do not reply/respond to any employees unless you contact them through your People Leads or Managers. They tend to dismiss employee's concerns, simply reiterating management's perspective. 5. 1. Timings are really bad especially in WFH. The work hours extend more than 12 hours. You don't have any personal time left. I worked in 2nd shift (12:30 to 9:30pm) but still people ping you at 2 am in the night expecting you to reply asap. You are expected to start responding from 11am in the morning till forever in night and attend late night calls which are scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. No job security, HR have zero powers. They are just puppets of Sr. Manager /Delivery leads. Promotions, increments are pathetic. They also typically believe that 9 ladies together can deliver a baby in 1 month. They can ruin your career in name of PIP and insane expectations during PIP program. Poor work life balance, Retaliation happens even when they say they are against it but when you say to your big leads NO which you're not comfortable doing it, they make sure your life goes hell in the company. No holidays, no leaves, sick leaves hard to get, no bonus no salary increment the PDO project is ruining day by day, targetting to remove senior employees by hook by crook.

Wasteful leadership, horrible work culture for top performers who are continuously pressed for more and exploited, and poor pay and growth, the smartest and most hard working people are made to compete for 1% promotion quotas while leadership continues wasting money on pointless and 0 client value initiatives.
