The compensation and benefit is certainly on an area of concern but on the right path; compared to lateral hiring or maintaining internal parity, can certainly improve.. however over a longer run in Accenture, it is much better than most of its competitors and an individual who remains a consistent performer over the years can see organic growth overall !

Spent almost a decade with accenture; grown from a naive individual to a chiseled professional with decent or organic growth both from compensation and career level perspective.. learnt a lot and was empowered and always allowed to explore opportunities!
