There is a lot of career growth opportunity and flexibility to work timings. People of higher management are very helpful .

Dislikes

They mentally torture you during your notice period. They will try to get all the resource work done by and also will force you to work more hours and if u deny they will threat you that they will hold ur clearance and all. This is not the case with all but mostly there are few Managers in Accenture Technology who does this.
