Only good thing was that it was my first switch after 10 years and I had average expectations. But frankly I was astonished that no one cares. HR and Payroll are so terrible that I am still suffering even after leaving Accenture, I am not able to transfer my EPF due to some mistake made by Accenture Payroll department

No one cares about your skillset Favoritism and regional politics plays an important role in your development and career progression No one will listen to you as Accenture has abundance of resources and won’t be valued at all You will be treated as minimal labor entity

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here? 2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth. However, leaving without securing my next promotion feels uncertain. I would appreciate suggestion: Whether I should wait until June or start looking for better option or if you have something else please tell me in comments
