Joined during pandemic and work culture was better during that.

Post pandemic, Accenture is going back to its pre era and compelling people to office , lot of pressure no planning from leadership and manipulating pressuring to complete within a day or by hook or crook work on weekends etc just to please their higher ups. They are not considering the estimate provided and unccessarily trying to shorten the time which puts lot of pressure on team

The firm really doesn’t value its employees. Unlike other consulting firms, there are no additional benefits beyond your salary and insurance provided has co-pay and many exclusions. They have spent billions on dollars to appease shareholders while majority of employees take the hit of stagnating business. The reward distribution (whatever meagre amount that has been) is not transparent and influenced by personal biases and preferences rather than objective metrics. Culture, growth opportunities and compensation have declined from great to good in last 2-3 years. The focus is only on share price, no longer a people focused company

I applied for a role at Accenture where I was confident I met all the qualifications and requirements. However, the experience was worst frustrating and deeply disappointing. Despite being a suitable candidate, it felt like the recruitment process was biased and unfair. There’s a clear lack of transparency, and it seems that candidates with internal references are favored, making the process feel rigged for those who work hard to meet the criteria. The entire experience has left me feeling that Accenture's recruitment system is poorly managed, they are quite loosers and far from merit-based. If a company of this size cannot treat its applicants with fairness and provide proper feedback, it seriously questions the credibility of its hiring process. I came to know that here different departments like Technology and opretions like that technology people will get career growth by skillup training and exams. And in operation no one talks on it and that doesn't applicable to operations department.
