Hi all, I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.) Please advise what to choose. Should I negotiate more with AllianceBernstein for more salary?

As Accenture company is excellent. Policy and rules for women are very nice.there is job security. For female employees it is best.

Dislikes

Accenture is good but the process I wasn’t HCSC is terrible. Impossible things are expected from employees which is wrong and if work is not complete they force employees to do extra hours.
