His behavior towards me has been consistently rude and biased, creating a hostile work environment that is detrimental to both my well-being and productivity. Despite my efforts to address these issues internally, the mistreatment persists, leading me to believe that my concerns are being overlooked. As a victim of his unprofessional behavior, I find it alarming that such conduct is tolerated within a company like Accenture, which prides itself on its values and commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
