The work schedule can be changed at any time and they give you horrible 10 hour long night shifts with changing week offs. The salary for freshers is nothing if compared to the work process. There are a lot of targets to achieve and the pressure is never ending. Career growth is way too slow

The best thing about Accenture is you'll get your salary a day before the last working day of that month.

Dislikes

This company isn't employee eccentric and the work environment is very very negative. Pre decided promotions and very less salary hike no matter how exceptionally you did your work.
