Job Security in any company is a myth. If you are a productive employee then you are secured everywhere. Work culture of Accenture is awesome. Appraisal process is transparent and entire budget distributed among teams uniformly.

It was good. Project was Platinum account due to which I got to learn alot.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance
