Likes

Accenture is laying off people during Covid and the HR policies are not at all employee friendly

Dislikes

Career growth is not dependent on your performance but on your relationship with your immediate supervisors. Managers have full Control on the feedback and unfortunately there are no policies supporting employee where they can raise their voice
