Dislikes

Accenture was very good at compensation but now it is not doing a good well on employee compensation. For almost 2 years they don't provide hike. Second thing the capability, If you work under capability you will be loaned to other projects the worst part is we need to work for capability as well as the project with no special benifits .

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.

Internal Projects needs more improvement as they spend lot of money in developing useless projects especially in aame unit. They just develop projects in very shorter time and irrespective of whether it is a usable product or not, they just showcase that this many project we developed. They will just give random estimates for development without checking the complexity. Do not join a accenture internal projects if you are a beginner. Weekend support is required since this is a internal project where no one will care of giving allowance....Read More
