The culture has diluted over last 15 years. Its not the Accenture that it was 15 years back.. HR has no say now and its all senior management driven

It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Work culture is good. High job security.

Dislikes

Chances of internal movements are very low. Leads don’t motivate for when you are taking up a new role. Worst experience ever had in the life. They just need employees to beg for new role.

Skill development and learning portal is good but the work environment is worst that even in 10 hrs of shift people are not given sufficient time for personal growth through skills improvement.

They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .

Dislikes

Lack of interpersonal boundaries , lack of work-life balance , lack of availability and help from HR. There are a lot of projects to work on which allows you to have career change but you have little to no choice on the kind of project you would want to work on . The work culture is toxic and unpredictable .

No hikes No appreciation till some escalate something Client facing but accenture management won't consider the clients feedback, pass there own judgement and does the appraisal Lots of training Lots of skill improvement program which is considered while appraisal, development work won't help alone

Working culture is good. Hikes will get every 9 months based on the performance. There is no insecurity of Job.

Evrything is good, except extending hours while month end
