Here only people can survive without working whi are close with high level leadership. And there is no particular structure and way how they promote the people how they increase salary for some group of people only, etc..

Dislikes

No recognition. Need to work more than 2 projects in a day When appraisal comes there will be play between project managers when working on more than 1 project We exactly don't know who decides our appraisal and ratings Worrest management.

Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

Likes

Accenture has some really good client. One of the top competitor in their field. So there are many opportunity to grow into new fields, ample learning opportunity. Accenture way of work is also commendable. You are pushed and supported while learning at the same time.

Dislikes

Only thing which is killing Accenture, is its parasite managers. Manager are mostly old skilled and very good in politics. Also if you are a female employee, Accenture is the just company for you even if you have no skills. Skills were never a part of Accenture's culture. Accenture tends to be more innovative in how they give feedbac k for your assessment but ground reality is same old same old. Your whole appraisal will depend on how good your supervisor represent you in a secret HR meeting in an extempore. HR's are in back pockets of Manager and will never be found when needed the most, mostly pointless addition for the employee. Besides management issues they are good<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Compensation is also pathetic</mark>. It is better if you spend sometime in learning skill and then make way for other companies....Read More
