There is no Job security for sure. They take freshers from college in huge numbers and train them in the field without asking their interest and the projects in chennai location is mostly related to support and testing.. The things we did in training will not be used much in project.. WE will be learning new things here also.. thosenew things that we learn will mostly be obsolete. The things we learn will never be used for our career growth apart from soft skills. Technically one will learn nothing especially in the chennai projects.. They will mostly throw you out after three at huge numbers. Even worst in corona situation.. Huge number of layoffs we held. I lost my job in the layoff too. HR policy in Accenture is not employee friendly. Very poor in job security.. Only you should put effort for your career growth technically and switch this company.. This is what is happening in Accenture and most of the IT companies.. I got a highly secured job after they layoff me. I have given everything in the last Question itself.. Please refer.. and the worst thing every employee will go through is IT politics.. Here is also the same case.. The untold priority of IT companies is to Fire as much as employees as possible and hire freshers.. That is their hidden policy..

Work Details

I was trained as application developer.. but I got only support projects.. 24X5 shift project.. There were no such development projects for my skill in the company..

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
