Company is good but your project and manager plays main role in terms of your growth .

Salary - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Even if you are a tenure resource and devoted your efforts and time to the project but still their are strong chances of not getting enough credits for the work done . Switch ur project asap don't expect to stay in any project for more then 18 months if ur at carrier level 11 or below. Level up will take place as per policies no extra work will fasten the process.
