I like the fact that my company provides me with a platform, to first of all train in all different areas within the department, before I get to be posted to a job of my preference. I love the fact that, because of this, I am able to learn about the bigger picture of how to marry all the sub-units together, for a common objective.

Dislikes

Appraisal is done once an year through filling out forms but never quite understood the process.Being a private company, I guess not every one gets to know management decisions. Well,at first everyone had a pay rise every year but then things have changed since then.

Work Details

My work is exciting and diverse.Sometimes I have to work from 8 am to 6 pm to meet the target. There's no travel because its generally an indoor job.Sales order processing is about getting orders from the client and servicing them.It is mostly repetitive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
