Nothing, there was always discrimination against cultural backgrounds of employees. Mostly not given any credits to any of the suited ones. Owner o the company tends to changes salary dates in his wishes. Was there for two years, it was good company atleast at first, but it deteriorated.

Dislikes

No proper explanation on deduction of salary, later found many of them were photoshoped outcome to show us the negative results. Gender centric discrimination were there at most. Being Bengali they even deducted Durga Puja leaves. No maternity leave there, even some one died at house they will deduct salary (happened with me).

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
