Ethical company , prompt salary process system, good HR policies. They really take good care of their employees.

No upgradation in their internal working system. Majority paper work was manual when I was working hope it has changes by this time.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Abudawood is great place to learn and grow. It is a very professional company one of the best in Bahrain and Saudi. The work environment is great with good work life balance and with state of the art facilities.

Dislikes

The growth process is slow due to small market and hierarchy in Bahrain but it is not the same across other regions where Abudawood operates.

I worked as key Account Section Manager handling the Key accounts like Carrefour , Lulu and Geant Group in Bahrain and managed Procter and Gamble Business in Bahrain.
