Basically, they operate like a 'Lala company,' and I don’t think anyone should join them. Directors believe they are superior and treat employees like SLAVE'S. Salaries are delayed by a month, and they don’t follow any government policies because they assume no one has the power to challenge them. Nobody leaves the company on a goodnote—employees often face issues such as unpaid salaries or withheld bonuses.
