I was very satisfied with my job as CNC operator.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

I have no problems with the company. My problem was the room, the main problem was not having anyone with me. I was satisfied with the room given by the company. And the salary was also very low.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
