Good package If you are interested in a small company with boys only then it's good place Pressure is not that huge some days. But when it's there you will forget you have any life apart from work.

Company culture is too bad to survive. From day 1 every one will treat you like you are going to be replaced soon. Will be fired for a single mistake. Operations heads will talk to you like you are their maid and will shout for no reason. Every day they will keep threating you that if y ou are unable to perform the best or make any single loss , amount will be recovered from you and will terminate you after that. They have so called bond after serving a month which they will never speak about in the interview but in the offer letter they will suddenly mention it. And it's only for you. They will fire you any time without notice, and they really do. Not just a talk. Second thing, don't get fooled by their website. It's not at all any ed-tech sector. They provide no class or anything like education. They are just running a broker business between foreign students and academic content writers who help them do unethical work like cheating in exam or writing assignments and project in exchange of money. There is not at all any professionalism you'll find anywhere in the work. Even the chat you do with students are weiredly unprofessional. They never mention anything about their work and company in the interview. If you want to have good package with uneducated seniors lecturing you who are not even comfortable in their own mother tongue and can live a little to no job security life. Go there. But it is not at all any company with any business client or project, you'll remain a broker under uncultured seniors who have learnt nothing except money....Read More
