This company is a complete disaster. From the moment you join, you realize they do not honor anything promised in the offer letter. They lure you in with the idea of bonuses and other incentives, but when payday arrives, they suddenly have no money to pay. It's a bait-and-switch tactic that leaves employees feeling cheated and disrespected. The management is one of the worst aspects of the company. It’s clear they have no idea what they're doing. It seems like they stumbled upon this business by chance and are now struggling to keep it afloat. There is no leadership or direction, just a group of individuals making decisions that make no sense. They are utterly clueless when it comes to running a business or managing employees. The workplace is chaotic, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. Overall, this company is a nightmare to work for. This is a poultry farm 😂. Terrible and horrible experience. The HR and his panters consume alcohol in the office premises. Good package If you are interested in a small company with boys only then it's good place Pressure is not that huge some days. But when it's there you will forget you have any life apart from work.

Company culture is too bad to survive. From day 1 every one will treat you like you are going to be replaced soon. Will be fired for a single mistake. Operations heads will talk to you like you are their maid and will shout for no reason. Every day they will keep threating you that if you are unable to perform the best or make any single loss , amount will be recovered from you and will terminate you after that. They have so called bond after serving a month which they will never speak about in the interview but in the offer letter they will suddenly mention it. And it's only for you. They will fire you any time without notice, and they really do. Not just a talk. Second thing, don't get fooled by their website. It's not at all any ed-tech sector. They provide no class or anything like education. They are just running a broker business between foreign students and academic content writers who help them do unethical work like cheating in exam or writing assignments and project in exchange of money. There is not at all any professionalism you'll find anywhere in the work. Even the chat you do with students are weiredly unprofessional. They never mention anything about their work and company in the interview. If you want to have good package with uneducated seniors lecturing you who are not even comfortable in their own mother tongue and can live a little to no job security life. Go there. You have to chat with many students simultaneously, take their assignments and provide it to registered tutors. Those task which is completed by tutors, have to be submitted to students. You have to make entry of everything.
