The director is a big time flirt and literally behaves very bad with the male employees. 1. The HR Reshma Khatoon is an illiterate, rude and disobedient lady who literally abuses anyone in the company. And since she has a physical relationship with the director so she is exempted from everything. 2. Most of the colleagues in Durgapur are ill mannered and uncultured. They will not provide proper training and will try everything to screw your work. 3. The IT Head Swarnadeep Das is a big time crook and rude. He will complain about the new joiners at every instance to the directors. He will take all necessary steps to make you quit at every instances. 3. Salary is never on time and always delayed.
