Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a employees are not coordination. Some miss understand also present.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
