It was best company for at learning stage. I learned lot of as field engineer. I give support to domestic user go through their office.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure was not much but over all was capable for me.

Work Details

I gave only IT field support there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
