Initially all the managers (especially Pramod nair, girish vengurlekar, Priyal shah & Suhail Ansari) and staff were good and was having lots of opportunity for growth.

Dislikes

Anchal Suhasaria - manager only promote ppl who she likes and fire those who is still capable of handling a team. I was handling a team for 1year 8 months. However, she fired me and gave the position to someone who was not aware how the team works and how to handle the same.

Initially I was working with axelia solutions which then was renamed to Aarman Solutions. Axelia solutions was great to work with but to exploit the employees.

Dislikes

At Aarman Solutions you will surely won’t find a job satisfaction or security as they hire in bulk and then fire without thinking twice. After giving 2 years, I still was asked to resign forcefully when they wanted high salary individuals to leave the company.

ppl here the management are demons from hell they do not understand prblms of other person you should never ever join here even if they are paying a lot to you its a trap do go i am talking from experience, I will mention some names here - Suhail Ansari, Neha the HR (these ppl are the purely evil stay away from them)

I worked here in Silk board branch, which is connected with Medicine sales of pharmeasy. This is one of the worst companies you will ever work in. They have no sense of understanding and the work pressure can lead you to suicidal thoughts. Whether its your SME, team leader, manager or your manager, each and everyone their dont even try to understand your problems. They force you to quit the company in case you ask leave even for a week. Not even a single person there is understanding.
