Freedom to working experience. Good work environment and culture. career growth are fair and they give Low salary, The office located in bypass road, Worst office location No one work in this company minimum 5-6month only working the new employee Is the real something without salary you can work salary crt date like 23rd 28th 😂

Work Details

The job is quite interesting i struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and the helped me get a taste of different role within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
