Company culture is very toxic. They don't respect talented engineers. They want chatu employee... If you will not entertain them they you will never grown up. And some Uncultured uncivilized persons are there and the company is entertaining by them. No one will listen your wards. My suggestion don't waste your career by joining in this company one chatu billing engineer is there who pretends like he knows everything.... But he doesn't know to prepare bbs. My suggestion . They will give fake promises if you will trapped on that then then by surely u will spoil your career. Rest depends on people. I was working there since 1 year ..
