Seriously this shouldn't exist for this company. I don't hold any grudges but management should get their shit together.

Dislikes

Company has zero people management skill. Ideally the work of the HR in a company should be to protect the employee but the company doesn't has an HR. Employees don't get salary on time and are not even reimbursed for the money they spend for the work like traveling for client shoots. Unprofessional behavior with employees. Co-founder doesn't understands the boundaries between professional and personal life. The deadlines are unrealistic and there seems to be no growth. Co-founder abuses the employee for no reason. If you enjoy office politics and want to be the talk of the town this is the ideal company for you....Read More
