Recently they have improved office culture otherwise it was worse

Dislikes

No increment on time. The only promise that they'll give increment in 3 months 6 months nut don't give. Even if you work for them for 10-12 hours that is also not enough for them.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
