I like how creative this company gets in fooling and scamming people through fake promises. Plenty of ideas there so yeah you have to give to them here. Currently it's fooling the public throughout manipulated and fake reviews on different platforms. It asks its employees to put up good reviews to save their jobs and they have to follow the command despite the fact that they also find this company extremely suffocating....Read More

It is unprofessional and selfish in nature. There's no guarantee of getting salary here despite working your heart off. Even if you get, you'll get it very late just like you'll leave the office very late everyday. They'll tell you that you'd be working till 7:30 PM but make you work till 9-9:30 If you're in the non sales team and even 10:30-11 if you are in the sales. They are nothing but mosquitoes, small in stature, no scope for growth with these tactics and they drink your blood for work. The company was decent, or you can say bearable at the time I joined this. The HR was good, the boss was friendly and the team leader was helpful too but as time passed, everything changed from good to worse. I missed the good old days while working there.

Dislikes

First, the HR was removed from the company over a petty issue and the company then struggled to find her replacement. The new HRs were incompetent, lacked discipline and mannerisms and they were always unprofessional. They became a puppet of the CEO, much like how Manmohan Singh was to Sonia Gandhi. Anyways, the CEO was no saint. Heimposed some unbearable and torturous rules on the employees which killed their work life balance, made sure their salaries were always in doubt and they grew frustrated and started leaving the company. The same tradition was being followed till the time I worked there. I felt like a bird who broke his cage and achieved freedom the day i left working here. It was a massive relief. The employees were treated like prisoners who had no control over what they did and even after so much torture, there was no guarantee they would receive their salary on time or if they ever receive their salary at all. The experience was so bad, it made me doubt my own skills and understanding....Read More
