Have the flexibility of work hours.

Salary - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Management is uncertain about company policies and keeps their employees under wrong impression. No Provident fund available as promised while joining the organisation. The senior management is barely available during crisis situations. No proper hierarchy available.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
